Some of the documents we record include: warranty deeds, deeds of trust, military discharge papers (DD214), powers of attorney, affidavits, liens, judgments, notices of completion, and many other documents.
Obion County does not have a established archives and therefore many of their permanent records are stored with the Register of Deeds office. The mission of the Register of Deeds office is to record, preserve, and maintain all public records in accordance with the laws established by the State of Tennessee.
